You are allowed to use these materials so long as you do not change the materials or remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices included in the materials. You may not distribute or copy such material without the written permission of Photobook Worldwide.

Photobook Worldwide respects intellectual property of others and we expect our customer to do the same.

Photobook Worldwide users are encouraged to notify us without further delay, if they discover that any material on the Photobook Worldwide website or in a book created by Photobook Designer software violates on the intellectual property rights of another author.

Do not hesitate to report to us in situation where you believe that your work or work from others has been copied, posted, or used in any way that constitutes copyright infringement.

Please alert our customer service immediately for us to investigate and take the appropriate action. Action will be taken in order to validate the genuineness of notification received and material in question shall be removed upon positive verification.
